Shouldn't all class be held in a brewery? If you agree then join us for Beer 101 on Sunday, January 17th at 1pm with our Head Brewer, Brendan Anderson. Professor Anderson will give an overview of beer history and the brewing process, while also covering the various ingredients used to make beer. Class continues with a tutored tasting of 3 different Triumph beers paired with local food prepared by our chefs. Bring your questions, because we have answers. After completion of the program, all "students" will receive a diploma.
